I purchased a 60" sharp aquos tv on 9/4/10 and on 10/14/10 it shut off. I called for repairs the very next day and it took until 11/15/10 to get it repaired, then one week to the day it broke again. Now we call for service again they are not coming till 12/6/10 to look at it again and who knows how long it will be till the parts come in only to have them come back and install them again. My wife and i feel this is entirely way to long to get a repair for a tv so we called our local store and the manager who was on duty at this time told us that it is not my problem call my lawyer! How is that for customer satifaction!!!
