Customer Service and Inventory Levels - Cider Lane 14.5 oz Candle

This store in McDonough GA never has products available. They are always out of stock of the best fragrances and the customer service from the managers are awful. I went into this store yesterday and inquired about a fragrance that a friend of mine just had purchased (Cider Lane). Immediately, with an attitude, a store clerk said that product does not go on sale till September 5th. I told her they were in the back and my friend just purchased one. She then attacked me again stating they don't go on sale till September 5th. I asked for the manager and she just walked away. I assumed she went to get the manager because she said nothing to me and just left. I waited 5-10 minutes and then a female manager came out, with an attitude also, and I explained the reason I wanted to speak to her. She replied with the same attitude she came out with and started bobbing her head stating I was not getting one and did not believe me that my friend got one. Basically stating that I was a liar. There were around 10 customers in the store at this time listening to our conversation and I made her aware of how she was treating me and now that all the customers heard this as well. I felt humiliated and left. This not the first time this store has treated me with no customer service. They do not make you feel welcome in their store nor do they seem sincere with their customer service. Not all the employees are this way, but the few that aren't never seen to be in this store long. I'll never go to this location again and I will tell everyone I know of the continual rude treatment of this location.
