Washer and dryer - HE Front loading washe

I have had a samsung washer and dryer 3 years and they have been nothing but problem after problem. First the washer went up (guess I should have taken out the extended warranty, but have never had other ones go up that soon, I thought they were a reputable company) Got that fixed, then the dryer went up. My husband and a friend were able to fix it that time. Now I am really furious. I have not had a dryer since Nov. 17th. The repairman came on Nov. The 23rd. It needs a thermistor, none on his truck or anyone else's in the area. He called in and order part immediately. He said it should be here by Tue. The 30th. We called the 1st. They said they were not shipping it till the 2nd. Still is not here as of this minute. Hoping it will get here today, even though they can't get back to fix it till the 7th. I have 6 people in my house, which is why I bought the heavy duty front load on a pedistal, in the first place. My mistake. I think I should be compensated for my inconvience. Trying to work full time, take care of 4 kids and running somewhere to to laundry is very stressful. Thanks so much samsung.
