Ripoff! You Will Lose Your House To Foreclosure if You Hire Them to do a Loan Modification! We did!

Loan mod ripoff! We hired this firm to respresent us in an Loan Modification. We paid them $2500.00 within a 4 month period in FULL. We were told they had never lost a house and they were not going to start now. Our home is to be sold at the Courthouse on June 7! We had to call them 10 times to get one return phone call to check on the status of our loan and each time they assured us everything was under control and no, they didn't need anything additional from us.

Then one day we called they told us that the person handling our case was no longer there and they would have the person in charge call us back. They called and we resent them paperwork. This happened twice! In March we received foreclosure papers, sent them copies, and called to ask what needed to be done. They assured us everything was ok, not to worry.

April 29th we received a letter from them stating they were TERMINATING their Legal Respesentaion of us! They have done everything they can to asist us! This office has FULFILLED its OBLIGATION to you and we wish you the best of luck! Signed, Colleen M. McClure. WHAT??? We paid $2500.00 and now we are losing our home! Don't let them RIP YOU OFF and cause you to lose your home to foreclosure because of their INCOMPETENCE!!
