I bought an engagement ring back in January and asked boscv's to have it sized to an 11 1/2. When I got it back it was only sized to a size 11 and then I had alot of health issues but I finally took it back to boscov's on Saturday May 21st. I explained to them they made a mistake with the sizing and I paid the $30 dollars to have it fixed sizing wise and they told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it back. I am going out of on monday. I don't think it is write to make me wait and stead of getting it fixed and back to me by sun when the lady at boscov's here in salisbury made the mistake. I don't understand why I have to pay for the mistake she had made.
