POOR SERVICE review

Friday 5/6 approximately 10 am
The lid to the cup was NOT SECURED when I was given my iced coffee at the drive thru. Despite an order for a bagel, I found NO NAPKINS in the bag that I could use to wipe up the huge SPILL I experienced when I drove away. Among other things, it filled the stick shift pocket with coffee. I just spent half an hour in the parking lot at work cleaning the interior of my car.
