I ordered the 7 days for $29.95 and it crashed my computer when I ran test Won't answer phone or return call Florida

I ordered the 7 days pc doctor on call for 29.95 and it showed 33 faults on my computer. I ran the program and it crashed my system resulting in me having to reload windows 2000 all over again losing all of my info.

I tried to call them but all I get is a answering machine and they will not return my calls.

The number they show is 1-813-661-4530

I am going to go ahead and dispute this to my Discover card and see what takes place.
