On 4-20, I made a business decision with Sunshine Alley. I simply called four times today to ask if anything has been sold, but each time i called they said... We can't hear you... Bye and abruptly shut their phone off. What ever happened to professionalism. This type of business cannot continue to have loyal business customers if they cannot perform proper customer service.
