Kevin Scott and Tressa Duniphan rented my home in Spanish Lake, MO for a 1 year lease and left after 1 month. They left the house trashed and left animal feces (dog or cat) in the kitchen area. They also left a lot trash and a couple couches in the front yard. This occurred in the beginning of May.

They said they receive a decent amount of income from the freedom deaf church. He claims to be a deaf pastor or minister.

They gave their previous address from Pottstown, PA and Las Vegas, NV.

I believe they have 3 or 4 kids and a chihuahua.
