Charged Tax -Wrong Information

My customer card # is 60124600019341325. Last sunday I bought laundry soap, speciffing to the teller that the soap was for resale; asking about it, he confirmed that he understood "it was for RESALE". Trusting him, I left the store, when I got home I realized that he has charged Tax, I returned to the store, talked to the manager and he told me to call 1800 427 3443. I been calling that number for ever not having the opportunity to talk to anybody (Shame on Smart & Final) there is alway a very polite answering service, then who is solving my problem?

I am not the owner of the store, but I am responsible for it and my boss is not happy about charging the tax to my regular customers. I hope you can solve this problem for me and returned the amount charged for tax and also consider that everything I buy from S&F IS FOR RESALE. - I need an answer. I hope I hear from somebody, then I will be able to continue doing bussines with S&F. Thanks.
