Kohl's Cash

I placed 2 orders for which I didn't receive my Kohls' cash. I know I was to receive it because I placed it over the phone with a customer service person.
I never received it and when I inquired I was told they were, (conveniently), not offering it during those particular 2 days. They lied. My relative works for them and she confirmed this was a lie. Shoddy merchandise, rude employees in customer service and good luck finding one on the floor. The stores are a mess which makes for a terrible shopping experience not worth the savings. They have received their last dollar from me. FYI, be sure to inspect clothing closely because their policy is that they will take it back even after it has been obviously worn and washed; you can tell by the tag. This is a disgusting policy and one only a very low end store would incorporate.
