Never take the contract review

I recently switched my satellite service from Dish to Direct TV. Lets just say I went from bad to worst. I entered into a 2 year contract. That I am gladly paying to get out of. I called to upgrade the equipment to a DVR box in one room the price with installation and a bunch of fees came up to be $397.00. Which is a service I could have recieved for free 3 months prior on installation. I am very unhappy with the change if I have to empty my saving to get upgrades or fully enjoy the service.
