Fraudulent billing withdrew money from my account deposited money back on one day and withdrew it again the next day

On 2/2/04 I noticed a withdrawal on my bank statement. When I inquired about the charges, I was informed that they were membership fees. Since, I've never signed up for these services I asked to be credited back. They I would be credited back within 15 days. On 2/10/04 there was another withdrawal for the same amount. On 2/11/04 there was one deposit. I'm still missing another deposit and, now I can't get through to anyone.
