No Money Back / Rude Cashiers

I bought a car wash and it was broken, the cashier told me it should be fixed soon to go back in two days. Well I did, she told me again come back. The cashier told me keep coming back your code expires in14 days. I did same thing on the 14th day I asked for my refund and I still have my receipt, they said they can't to come in 6am to 1pm to ask the manager. I let them know I can't and if they can please let there manger know if the people who bought car wash tickets can get refunds or an extension? They started ignoreing me and saying no they will not remember.
