Jerry Buchanan decided to purchase a stereo from me. Cash was delivered to me via PayPal. Since I have have been 'settled' I delivered them

To him in Oklahoma. After it had been delivered (exactly the same evening) he corrected the cost, not spending money on radio stations I sent him.

He also offers not, or won't, return it in my experience, or pay me for this. He's sent me using profanity, and named me a liar, declaring he did not change the cost (I've evidence he did from PayPal), which PayPal had settled me. They didn't.

Obviously, Jerry Buchanan is just a scumbag, cheat and liar. Don't conduct business with him.
