Ripp off none paying

I drive a semi for an owner op who is leased to buchanan out of ft wayne indiana. Buchanan is to pay the owner op who is to pay me. Buchanan is saying that the owner op owes them money. I called buchanan and asked them to explain to me how this could be. They couldnt give me an answer. I havent recieved pay for the loads i hauled. I am about to have my lic suspened if i dont pay my insurence. I havent been payed in 4 months. I feel that buchanan is lieing to the owner and myself.
