Ebay and PayPal appear to have Mr brown in their "pockets" as he ignores the complaints against ebay and paypal as they defraud buyers with their bogus assurances of buyer protection. One can only interpret his reticence to protect consumers as a violation of the public trust. One can also assume he has corrupted his office as he gets political contributions from Ebay, and thus turns a blind eye to buyers filing complaints to recover the money lost from purchases using paypal. So the question all CA voters shoudl ask is "waht have you done for us lately Jerry?" And, "How did you get to be Ebay's bitch?"
