Pet complaints business - Chip registration

I think it's poor business practice and an absolute racket that 24PetWatch charges at least $14.95 to update the contact information on your pet.

While I understand that they have overhead costs, it seems that they could cover those costs in another way.

If I were making a donation to an animal rescue or shelter instead of just paying them it might be a different opinion but I think they need to reconsider their way of doing business.

Keep in mind that while a happy customer will tell a few people about their experience an angry/dissatisfied customer will tell EVERYONE they can. And believe me, I will tell AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE to not use this company... including the animal rescue that I adopted her from. They should not be doing business with a company that has such poor business practices.
