They are rude. When my dog got out they told the person who found my dog to bring him to animal control. They said that there was nothing they could do to help the person who found my pet. They left me a rude message talking about my per being at the shelter and gave me the wrong number to the guy who found my dog. This company is a sham. Luckily it was my neighbor who had my dog and I got him back safe and sound without the help of his microchip. Worse company!!!
