I bought a wrist watch from them and the UPS the used delivered to a wrong address other than mine, i called shoebuy to let them know i didnt get the merchandize, they told me they will initiate a tracer and it will last for 8 business days, the 8 days expired nothing positive was heard. Is upto 13 days now and they have not done anything, they are not calling me, no email.infact, they have the worst customer service ever. PLEASE DON'T buy from that store. It seems like a SCAM.
