Very disappointed

We needed the pod moved earlier then we thought and called to change the date, they were not very helpful, rude at that. I finally got it moved to my new address and emptied it scheduled a pick up, I called on a Thursday around 1:30pm, they told me the earliest was Saturday. I took it, the driver comes out and on that Saturday, I guess he couldn't figure out how to get the pod out of my driveway, (cause it was a narrow driveway and the man that dropped it off took a little bit to get it in there,) then he leaves, dont say anything but just leaves. So I call and they tell me he said it was too steep to get it out, Hellooooo it is the same drive way they dropped it off in. They schedule again for Tuesday, and mind you if it doesnt rain they will come. So mean time I have no drive way and have to park my car on the street... I am very disappointed in the so called customer service I recieved and I do not recommend this company for any kind of service. I will never order from them again and I will not recommend them. The area manager won't even call me, he just types in his little emails to the supervisor that is where ever they answer the phone. Great customer service huh NOT!!!
