SEMCO ENERGY is one of the most deceptive, unethical, untrustworthy company I've ever dealt with. They will use any tactics to collect money they feel they are owed. They consistantly violate the rule

SEMCO ENERGY is one of the most deceptive, untrustworthy companies I've ever dealt with. This consistantly violate the rules set forth by the MPSC, knowing that no one ever challenges them. It's time for people to start making formal complaints with the MPSC.
Semco will lie, and tell you that they have taped conversation of you admitting to owing.
They are also notorious for putting someone's debt on another account holder's bill and tell them they are responsible, and if it's not paid service will be cut off. Watch your bills like a hawk, keep a copy of ALL your receipts for the last 6 years, in case they decide to sue you for money you don't owe!
Get an attorney and file a formal complaint with the MPSC!!
