Deceptive collection practices

SEMCO ENERGY can't keep an eye on their documents. The corporation didn't send your final statement, after which documented to client they owed $400.00 from 5 years earlier. Of coarse $200.00 of this was added on overdue fees, selection fees, etc. Their justification for not sending out your final bill: "we did not understand where-to discover you!" They discovered me by deceptively needing my SS # (that they CANNOT DO) to become included on my partner's consideration. Be careful-contact MPSC-document a complaint together-and follow-through with criticism. The corporation gets away with a significant amount of!
