The worst customer service

I placed an order on 10-22 and have yet to see it. The pajamas I ordered my grandson may not fit when I receive them. Also ordered birhday presents—birhday is passed. It took 3 days to get a response to my complaint—sent 2 emails and left a voicce mail (their CS reps are always "busy" and you have to leave a message-but no one returns your call. Their email stated 3 to 5 weeks for delivery which was not posted when I ordered. Well-that gives them one more week and my order is still posted as "placed"—no indication of processing. I was also informed you cannot cancel an order once you place it. NOW-there is message within order summaried that the order system is being updated and orders will process in 10 to 15 days—does that mean I have to wait ANOTEHR 2 to 3 weeks? Take my advice - unless you want to wait months for your order and never talk to a live customer service rep—take your business elsehwere
