This is the most horrible situation. I placed an order for $149 on March 3/28 and still have not received it. I started trying to reach customer service about 2 weeks ago when I got my credit card statement and the phones are not working. Did a live chat and she said they would email me the tracking info, which I never got. I tried to call again today and phones are still not working so I did another live chat. Again I was told I would get a email with the info, but I got this and they are still taking orders:

Dear Valued Customers,

We are very sorry to say that you will not be receiving your items. We have all of your items here ready to ship, however, due to our processing company, we are not able to access our funds and/or your payments to us as customers. This has just recently occurred, within the last 2 weeks. We have fought to try and fix this issue, however the process is still going on and it may for a while longer.

With that said, this email is to inform you that if you have bought an item, or if you have bought an item and canceled your order and issued a request for a refund from us here at PJdeals.com, you will not be receiving your item nor will you be receiving your money back from us. Because our account is not accessible by us at this time, we do not have the authority or the needed funds available to ship out your items or refund you your money. Those of you who have requested a refund in the past, we have processed your refunds however we are now being told that those refunds indeed did not go through due to this inaccessibility to our funds as mentioned previously.

The only thing that we can now suggest to you is to call your banks and issue a charge-back in order to receive your money back from us. A charge-back is a very quick and simple process that can be done over the phone with a bank representative, just tell your bank representative that you would like to receive a charge-back on an item that you have purchased but have not received. We are not able to issue these refunds because we do not have access to our account, however the bank does. We are terribly sorry to all of you about this issue and we hate to put you through all of this however we did not see this coming and we are simply NOT the kind of company to sit back and watch all of our customers have their money taken away by us with nothing in return so we are offering you the last bit of advise we have for you.

Once again our apologies to all our customers and we thank you very much for your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
