False Advertising - spa service

My experience at the Laguna Hills location was very disappointing!

Their website says - "You can experience all of the pampering of a luxurious resort day spa" and "You are invited, in fact encouraged, to relax and enjoy all Total Woman's spa facilities for as long as you like before or after your treatments."

These are false advertising. The staff are poorly trained with the spa manager allowing them to be noisy when retrieving their clients from the so called "Quiet Room" and allowing them to have full on conversations in the hallways disturbing the "spa atmosphere." A "luxurious" day spa would not tolerate spa staff being unprofessional and would not make excuses for them not being quiet,

Their website says that they "encourage" the use of the spa facilities "as long as you like" and yet the spa manager told me that they can't accommodate me being there for 5 hours since I like getting there 30-45 minutes early before my 50 min massage and using the facility a few hours after my treatment.

If you want a "luxurious" spa experience and have the time and desire to truly use a spa facility "as long as you like" don't go to this "spa". You will not get pampered here! Their staff are untrained and unprofessional. Even though the atmosphere "looks" like a spa with the lights turned down, the fake candles going, and the soft music playing, it's all false advertising!

This place is NOT a spa. Take your business elsewhere...
