Did not provide services or refund

I'm very confused by Tubeplays.com that seemed like a legitmate company that started out well. However, they eventually failed to provide services, pocketed my money, didn't refund me, and then just vanished blowing off my numerous emails. After this happened, I resaeched and realized that I wasn't the only one.

I was becoming a loyal customer so what they decided to do me defied all logic. All they had to do was refund 69.96 or apply the service to another video.instead they decided to disappear and lose me as a customer. A company that takes money from a customer and doesn't provide the services&then blows the customer off is company that no one should ever move forward with. It's theft.

Customers and reputation are the most important things to a company. Any legitmate and ethical company would not let this happen even once. DO NOT go with Tubeplays.com. They screwed me and blew me off, they screwed many others, and it's probable they'd eventually do it to you. Don't do it.
