Fired for no Reason

I got a call from Marco telling me that he wanted to talk to me about going to El Paso. When I got to the shop he was coming out when he asked me if i was ready i told him I couldn't go. Then he threatened me by telling me lets go across the street and settle this. When i told him no he said give me the keys gas card and phone. This is not the first time he has got in a fight with one of his employees.

I was due for my vacation on March 12 he didn't want to give that to me either and he also owes me 27 hours of overtime from Febuary. I have been up for a raise for 2 years already. And still haven't gotten it. He has several guys working there that have fake social security numbers. He has also taken me out of school twice. That the company put all its employees in for 4 years. He got me out because he had no one to go to El paso with legal documents. I went today to try to talk to the owner they wont talk to me. I sat there for an hour. Ken is one of the owners he came out with Carmen and told me to leave my statement with her and if i'd like I could come back at 4.

When i left a co workers calls me to tell me that Carmen emails Marco to give him a heads up that i was there to talk to the owner. I go to talk to them at the office to try to resolve this matter cant even trust in them. So i felt i had to get in contact with some one that would hear me. Also to get everything out in the open because this has gone on to long and too far. Then like at 3 P.M. Carmen calls me to tell me that Ken is going out of town and he wont be able to see me until Friday. I just feel like i need to be heard and lost my job for something bogus. I also hurt my ankle at the job in Lufkin I went to the dr. And went back to work the next day with my ankle wrapped up two weeks later I twisted it again i notified the saftey coordinator Glen. Glen called Marco they took me some iburprofen and sent me to El Paso. I hope youll can help me with this issue and something gets done. Thank you, Edward Pesina
