Refuse to Refund for a Returned Item

On 3/3 i placed an order with J&M for two case of shoes one case of shoes only had five pairs of shoes in the case. I returned the shoes after speaking to Eddy Tracking #K1817678779. On April 21 I spoke to Earnest faxed them a copy of the shipping document they said they would call back but fail to do so. On April 28 I called back spoke to Earnest he said they were not going to refund my money until they hear from UPS about the claim they filed.
