Water Outage

I live in Jersey City since past one year.in the past six months there have been three water outages for more than 12 hours, once exceeding 24 hours. The company does not even answer the phone calls to give an estimated time for repairs so that we can make other arrangements. This makes it a very bad quality of life in Jersey City. My next location will be decided based on where United Water Company is not providing service. I hope there were stringent regulations on Utility providers to provide a certain quality of service to their customers.
