Contractors Business Park
Don't Pay Their Venders

Miscellaneous

We did a job for the Contractors Business Park. We should have not taken the job when they refused to pay the starting deposit. We started the job anyway. Three days later we received the deposit check, bought more materials. Continued to work on the job for 3 more days. (The job was bid for only three days) it took longer because management did not help in any way to move or have moved vehicles and equipment that was in the way of getting the job completed. The management at this point complained about the job and said it was not being done correctly. The job was done correctly we take pride in our work and would show anybody the work we did there and anywhere else. When the final check was to be collected it was short and Allen stated that we would not be receiving the rest. Being $500.00 it would cost more to fight for it then we would get. But id there are any other companies that worked on this property and found themselves not being paid in full send an e-mail to atlanticsealcoat@yahoo.com We have an attorney that will combined complains of small amounts together reducing the cost to all of us and suing the board of directors of this business park.
