Company charged an unauthorized fee of 19.99 for a service I did not give them ok to do. When I tried to have my money credited to my account they said it would be done in 72 hours and that was on the 13th of April. No money have been credited back to me and I was told that I signed up for the service when I did not sign up for anything they had to offer me.
