On Apr 06 i went into Big O Tires because my car was sputtering. They charged me 85.00 to tell me that i needed a new gas cap (witch was not the problem). So to off set the price and to fix tow oil leeks totaling 590.00. I was told it would take about 3 hours. So I had to bring the car back the next day so that they could finish the job. I bought the car back to them the next day and they told me it take two hours to fix. So i waited 3 and a half hours to fix! When i picked up the car they told me that my battery was low. I felt for the amount of time the car was in the shop they would of had the time to test the battery (I had a bad battery). So i replaced the battery myself and i notice that my oil leak was worse than before.

So i called the shop and told them about the problem and that also the original problem that i went in for (my car sputtering) was not fix! So i bought the car back again, this time at 9:00 am. I never got a call from then. So i called about 12 pm and no one had look at the car yet so i called back @ 2pm and they had just got it on the lift to see why it was leaking still. About 3:30 they called and said that the sputtering was bad plugs not the bad gas cap that they said was the problem and the oil leak was because i had a cracked oil pan! When i went into Big O Tires my oil pan was not cracked! I had a small amount of oil leaking from my car.

So now they say it would cost me now 185.00 to fix. Now they told me that when i pick up the car they they would show me the bad plugs and pan. Now remember i dropped of that car at 9:00 am in the morning. When i went at 5:00 pm to pick up the car it was not ready! Long story short, i asked to speak with the manager and was told the he had left for the day.

This is the worse experience i had ever had with a car repair shop. Also, the check service light that was on that they said that i need a new gas cap came back on after they reset the code 2x. Very truly, Very upset, Ron Glasgow
