Poor Quality Shows

This is the third pair of Sketcher Tennis Shoes (the exact same model) I bought for my 5 year old grandson over the last year. The first two pairs wore like iron. The bottoms wore out with no issues with the top. The rubber tip on this third pair has pulled away from the leather upper and now there is a 1 inch separation in less than a month. The shoe looks terrible. I can forward a picture of the shoes if necessary. The model number is 65-95202, size boy's 12.5., United States. I would like the pair replaced free of charge or at a reduced price via a coupon or some other voucher. My brother has had great customer service with Nike Tennis Shoes with his five boys. I expect that Sketchers will take care of this and keep me as a loyal customer.
