Never Use This Company!

I ordered flowers for my mom which were NEVER delivered. They cost nearly 70 dollars, but I thought it was worth it because the arrangement looked so beautiful online. Well, I got totally cheated. They were never delivered to my mom (who was alone on her birthday, by the way). I called them the day before the planned delivery to confirm and was told all was in order for the delivery on Sunday, October 17th. When my mother didn't receive them I called and received no reply.

Over the next several days I called repeatedly and was told (on separate occasions) that they had been delivered, that they were not delivered because they didn't deliver on Sundays (NOT true—clearly states on Website that Sunday delivery is available, and I confirmed this on the phone), then finally just kept telling me that the person I had to talk to was not in. My mother then repeatedly called and after probably 7 or 8 calls we finally got them to cave and refunded my money. I asked that the flowers be delivered as well as receiving a full refund for all our trouble, but of course that never happened either. This company is a complete fraud and barely worth our trouble. Please, save yourselves and choose another florist! Don't be fooled!
