Refusing to Hold my Mail

Mrs. Alicia F. Refuse to honor mail hold for me. I went in to USPS, located at 17375 Harper Avenue, Detroit - (313) 884-4342, on 4/11 and placed hold. Two days later I still received mail at my address, I called and complained, and place another hold. Mail still is being deliver. Now Mrs. F. Has told all mail carriers to not send mail to entire building undefinately. Policy of the US postal service is to hold mail up to 10 days before returning mail to sender. Please help, Thank you.
