In the beginning of 2nd week in October, The Mail carrier (Rose), who had assigned to deliver our mail came in to our office to tell us that the side gate of the building was closed and told us to make sure that door keep open, I was told by the building management that the person who take care of this building was on vacation, but since that day the door has been remain open during business hour. But my mail was hold since that day, I sent my staff to pick up the mail at the post office twice during that 20 days all mail was bundle with a rubber band and witting " Hold Mail" which I did not requested. I call to the postal service complain hot line. They take down my detail information and gave me a confirmation # CA100324527 and she told me that they will investigate and call me back after 48 hours, I call them after the 48 hours had past and spoke to an other agent and she told me to go directly to the post office and solve this problem myself. I went down to the post office and request to meet their supervisor, and was told he is out to lunch, I was told that I can call in later, I attempt to make numerous of calls but the line kept busy. Finally it went through the next morning but then it switch to a holding tone for 15 min, so I went to the post office again and ask to met Luis, who is the supervisor their. He came out and told me the same thing, because the gate was closed therefore the don't want to deliver, and I told him that the gate was only closed for that day and why didn't they deliver for the whole 20 days. And he told me that as long as they see the gate was closed for even one time while they are deliver the mail they will holding our mail. He spoke to me with an unpleasant tone and he is trying to back up his employee but not solving the problem. And until today they still did not deliver our mail. I don't know how I can get this problem fix, I am sure there should be something you can help us out
