Required the "free-trial supply" Delivery only $9.95. Was billed $99.90. While it arrived, it didn't function. Named customer support, and was informed I really could maintain it for half the cost. Stated no, delivered it back. Can't obtain a return. Today they're requesting a few months of my charge card claims!
