Impossible to Retrieve Free Copy of Report After Credit Denial

I received a turn down when applied for credit card. Tried to fill out form as stated in turn down letter. Entered data six times, each time I pressed send, page started all over again as blank when calling company, there is no way to speak to representative or agent. Equifax will do anything to get $7.95 for a copy of the report that is supposed to be free.
