Equifax
Refused to clear my credit report after i pay off 5 accounts and 2 accounts that are over 7 years are charge off show 0 balance they will not remove

I started in feb trying to clear up my credit report. I went to Equifax.com on web page it say if neg credit is pass 7 years its to be taken off. I purchase experian credit report same thing. I july I pay off 2 accounts the full balance and everything. So dec I received another copy of my credit report. What i pay off was still on there. Plus I had 3 accounts that were charge off they were pass the 7 years.

I also have pay off 3 more accounts in full. Its 2005 and I have ask for investigation 7 times with Equifax on my credit report. I ask for investigation with experian never heard a thing. I do not know what to do I make good money and I pay off the debits why will equifax help and just clear up my credit
