I have had Windstream as my phone carrier for over a year. There is no other land line service available. Cell phones won't work no service. My phone goes out if not everyday at least once a week for the past year and a half. It is only me. My neighbors always have a phone. Although now other people are having trouble to. My line runs across a creek with no access. They will not move the pole. I am the only customer on this line. Windstream will not talk to me. They just send someone out. My phone will go out for weeks at a time. Need help! My fear is my kids are gonna need 911 and they won't get help thanks to Windstream!
