Shipping Charge Gouging

I ordered a $15 watch band from them for which I was charged $7.50 for shipping. It came via U.S. Mail in a standard #10 envelope with 44¢ postage on it. Outrageous! I'd been calling repeatedly about this since January. No one had ever responded. Today I finally reached them and they were unsympathetic to my outrage saying that that's their policy. Just though you and everyone should know their "policy" too.
