Ripoff Return Policy: They'll Lie to Your Face!

I ordered an adapter from these guys. First, I paid for expidited shipping, and then they told me they would have to order it from a warehouse, and the shipping would be expedited when they recieved the item, ONE MONTH LATER! I tried to change shipping back to standard, but they refused.

When I finally recieved the adapter, it didn't fit my laptop, so I sent it back. The return policy allows for refunds in cases like this. I paid for the shipping on the return, and simply never heard from them again.

A month later, I called the phone number on their website and complained. The receptionist told me that they would credit my account within the week. They never did.

A month later I called again. They told me they would send me a check in the mail. They never did.

I went back to the website to get their phone muber so that I could call them again, and found that their number had been removed.

I emailed them several times at the address they list on their website, and they never responded to me. These took were too happy to take my money, and take their product back. Then they lied to me repeatedly, and now they'll just ignore me until I go away. If you order from these guys, don't beleive anything they say in emails or on their website. They're liars!
