Don't Ever use this Place!

We went here to wash our clothes because we don't have a washing machine or dryer! We received a comforter from my sister in law as a wedding present! We washed it and it was fine and then we dried it and it came our not so fine! It had black marks all over it! My husband used his phone and recorded the inside of the dryer because it was black on the inside and disgusting and well it's a dirty disgusting place anyway, we just went there because it wasn't packed! He also recorded the black marks! We tried getting a hold of the manager but cannot and don't expect you will be able to either because all over the laundromat are paper signs with a phone number, except it's for the coin slot guy! You can't get a hold of the manager! She refuses to give her number out so we can contact her and they refuse to reimburse for our comforter that was a wedding gift! What can we do? Who do we call to take further action or for something to be done?
