Failed delivery

While this shop screwed-up my shipping, there is no speaking with them. The supervisor, Dane Lynch, was the rudest person you can ever imagine. He actually confronted me with physical damage after I reported, and that I needed to contact the police on him. I imagine he just includes a work since, when I've been informed, his mother possesses the organization. Actually the policeman might inform he was an ass.
