Misleading

The owner left a voicemail having a telephone number that didn't complement the callerid. He explained it had been regarding a task at course. We're a painting organization, therefore the apparent presumption is the fact that these were calling to get a painting project.

I delivered the phone call and also the individual responded merely "Benchmark". This trigger a red flag instantly. Your organization lost our cash in it in 2009 for marketing that never occurred. I established the character of the phone call which had nothing related to artwork. I told the Bench-Mark consultant that I actually donot enjoy the deceptive voice-mail which there's no means we'd actually conduct business using their organization again. I told him that I actually donot wish to obtain any calls from their store later on.

Their reaction was that there's no legitimate requirement of a "DoN't Call" list for business-to-business calls, consequently they don't maintain a listing. I expected him why that's when additional businesses maintain such listings like a courtesy to different companies. He repeated his remark about no legal requirement.

I think it is incredible that they can proceed to get hold of companies they have previously scammed previously.
