Bad experience - Online Flower Orde

I ordered 60$ worth of flowers for my mother. The flowers never arrived. They made me look like i forgot Mothers's Day. What a shame. I called Blooms Today the day after they were supposed to arrive and the first operator was friendly but told me she would have a supervisor call me back within an hour. So there I waited for the rest of the day with no phone call. When I woke up the next morning and I had a voice mail from some lady saying there was a systems error, my order was never processed. They put the charge into my bank, fortunately it was never processed. The voicemail said that i would not be charged. I called Blooms Today for the second day in a row and talked to a supervisor named Kaitlin. She was very cold and unapologetic from the start. Her attitude was that Blooms today had no fault. She said that they would not charge my account, or that they could deliver the flowers two days late with an apology note on them. I asked if she was still going to charge me the same price and she said "I can knock off ten, twenty five, or thirty percent off the charge". I told her that blooms today made me look like i forgot Mother's Day, and her reply was "that is what the apology note is for". Not even half off? She then told me that the "charges will not process or I could send the them today for 59.99". At that point I told her I did not want the flowers anymore. I looked at different flower shops and what caught my eye was blooms today claims they are "family owned and operated". I expected better service and a more caring attitude toward their customers. I felt like I was dealing with a major corporation that did not care if they ever had my business again. If they wanted me to use their service ever again, they should have delivered the flowers for free, with the apology note! I had to call my Mother and tell her how Blooms Today screwed up, and did not seem to really care. There is a lot of choices out there, Blooms Today lost my business forever. Thank you.
