Food Stamp Denial

My daughter has moved back with me and is attending college full time. She was previously receiving food stamps and was told by the caseworker (Ms. Flores) that she is no longer eligible since she lives with me. She is 20 years old, unemployed and is attending college full time trying to better herself. At this time, she is in need of assistance. I don't think I should be responsible for feeding her (and I can't afford to), therefore, I am not willing to release my income. She is 20 years old and is considered grown. She did not receive a letter of denial so we can appeal this decision, so that's why I'm on-line.
