In 2003 I recall paying down my j-c penny consideration. The total amount was just $500.00 this past year i began receiving telephone calls from aacc. This is actually the selection organization that jcpenny offered my bill to. They're claiming i never settled. They've no report plus they are requesting me to get a bill that we don't have. I settled this amount in money. After I named jcpenny they stated they've nothing related to me and that I must contact the collection company. I expected to get a notice of challenge from acc plus they deliver me one which stated i owed them-and I ought to give a bill. At the moment I'm along the way of trying to get a home mortgage. I'm confident this can influence me so what can I actually do? Who are able to l help me. I've had an extremely unpleasant dialogue by having an owner in the collection company, since he was really rude in my experience. I have no idea who to call who got my cost? May somebody that knows about that issues react.
