Wrongful Termination

I was termed due to the owner son. They wanted to say i violated company polices but thats not the issue. I was told on Jan 3 i needed more culture in my store, not to many blacks or Mexicans. I was also told to fire an employee and i did not have a lot of time to do this, of course i did not i had no grounds. So soon after this i was getting harassed by the company on little stuff. I had no write ups since in 2 months i received 2. We had a drug test, Jason Cox told other stores about the test but it was surpose to be a surprise. After the test i was told from those same employee the results no one should no that but the office and him. After the drug test i had only 8 employees left. I asked Dennis to come talk to me i asked Jason for help i received none. Jason comes in on the night of 28 Feb and fired me. He said i violated company policy. Not true i had 7 new employees to train and mind you i was the only manger there. If i had got the help and support needed and asked for it would not have been so bad. Also Jason told the other store i was going to be fired a week before same as the drug test, so i knew he was coming in to fire me that night i told him of this.

This company is not setting a good practice. There are people working off the clock all the time at all his stores to make labor and i am not talking about 10 to 20 min. I can prove that. I am not mad cause i lost my jod no it is the people who is afraid to do any thing. One day drew came to the store the girl he wanted me to fire he made me tell her to go out side to pick up some paper i told him the cook does that i will tell the cook he said no in a stern voice i want her to do it. It is stuff like that is why i am writting this. Maybe he can see this and change other people have feeling as well as them and one day make this what your motto say, a place where people love to work. There is a lot more but i will end that one that on that note.
